Domenic Itri has worked as a legal investigator on FELA cases for railroad employees for 30 years. During that time he has built close relationships with employees at CSX, PATH, Norfolk Southern, New Jersey Transit, Conrail and Keolis, and Amtrak, and developed a keen understanding of railroad operations and practices.

Domenic is an extremely resourceful investigator who works aggressively on behalf of our clients to uncover evidence. Domenic has a keen understanding of Railroad Retirement Board benefits and insurances and helps our railroad clients navigate the litigation maze.

Domenic is a proud veteran, having served in the United States Army for 11 years, both active duty and in the reserves. Following his active military career, Domenic became a legal investigator and has been helping injured railroaders fight for their rights in the legal system ever since.

A native Philadelphian, Domenic lives in Philadelphia with his wife of 40 years, Cathy. They have two grown children, two granddaughters, and one grandson.
